1. Kindly contact our Support Team and provide us with the URL of the company you wish to activate the feature for.
2. Once enabled, here's how it looks like in Manage Company menu. You will see the new automated leave type in the list indicated with the icon.
Note: Click on the icon and it will bring you to the FAQ page that will explain how the automated leave type works.
3. Next, go to Staff Directory and open Staff Basic Info, then complete their Next of Kin info.
Note: Please ensure that you've entered staff Child data by indicating child's Date of Birth and Nationality
4. Next, ensure that staff joined date has been indicated correctly.
Note: Automated Leave will be assigned if staff has worked for minimum of 3 months with the current company
5. Go to Staff Leave page and scroll down to Leave Types. Automated Leave will be assigned based on child's age.
6. Should you need to adjust Automated Leave entitlement for the staff, click ACTIONS then choose UPDATE.
7. Click SAVE to confirm the changes.
Important Notes:
- Automated Leave will be assigned and unassigned to staff based on child's age in their Next of Kin info, e.g: whenever youngest child has turned to 7 years old, HReasily will assign Extended Childcare Leave instead of Childcare Leave to the staff.
- Please indicate child's Date of Birth and Nationality to ensure that Automated Leave entitlement will be assigned correctly.
- For existing staff who has entered their Child info, resave their Child data in Next of Kin info to trigger the leave job.
- Customer is not able to delete automated Childcare Leave and Extended Childcare Leave both from Staff Leave page nor Company Leave page, whenever they don’t want to use the feature, they need to request to Support Team to disable it.
