Important notes on submitting a claim application

When creating a claim application, there is an option to select "Do not reflect claim in payroll"

This option when selected, will bypass the approval process and will be in the approved claims report and the status will be Processed. 


In the approved claims report, you can filter out which claims are being sent to payroll and which are set as "Do Not Reflect Claims In Payroll".
