This guide outlines the process for generating and submitting the Employment Insurance System (EIS) file using HReasily. Submitting the EIS file is crucial for ensuring compliance with employee insurance requirements. Follow these detailed steps to accurately create and submit your EIS file.
Generating EIS File for Submission
1. Click on the Manage Company option in the left sidebar of your HReasily dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Payroll tab.
3. Scroll down until you find the SOCSO File Submission list, then expand this section.
4. Click on Generate EIS Text File to create the required text file for submission.
If you have multiple payroll runs within the same month, you can generate a combined EIS file by selecting the Generate EIS Text File button located under the Month section.
Submitting EIS via PERKESO Assist Portal
1. Visit the PERKESO Assist Portal and log in to your account.
2. Select Employer Contribution, then choose Add Contribution (Text File).
3. Click the Text File button.
4. Upload the EIS text file generated earlier.
6. Select Print ECR to download the Employer Contribution Report (ECR) or proceed directly to payment.
