[MY] How do I manage EA Forms?

Once you've updated employees' EA Form, kindly follow this guide to generate and distribute it to them:

 

1. Go to Manage Company on the left sidebar



2. Navigate to Payroll Info tab 


3. Scroll down to the Year End Tax section and expand it


4. Next, select the tax year that you wish to download on Year dropdown menu


5. Next, click on Generate PDF file to download EA Forms for all employees

6. Alternatively, click on MANAGE located on the left side of Form EA to view the details for each employee. 

 

7. Choose any employees you'd like to generate their EA Form

Download selected

Download selected employees' EA form into ONE PDF

Send selected

Send selected employees' EA form to their email

Download all

Download all employees' EA form into ONE PDF

Send all

Send all employees' EA form to their email

 

8. You may also click ACTIONS button only for selected employee

9. Lastly, employees will receive their EA Form through email
