Modified on Thu, 7 Nov at 10:53 AM

Submitting your CPF (Central Provident Fund) file accurately and on time is essential to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to generate your CPF file, ready for submission to the CPF Board. Follow the steps below to avoid delays or errors, especially if you’re handling multiple payroll runs in a month.

1. From the left sidebar, select Manage Company to access your company settings.

2. Navigate to Payroll tab.

3. Scroll down to the CPF File Submission section and click to expand it.

4. Next, find the payroll record you want to generate the file for. Click Actions next to it and select Generate CPF File to initiate file creation.

Important Notes

  • Handling Multiple CPF Files
If you are submitting more than one CPF files in a month or day, ensure you update the Advice Code each time before generating a new file (e.g., 01, 02, 03, etc.). This is necessary for the CPF Board to identify the different files that you have submitted.

  • Combined CPF File for Multiple Payroll Runs
If you've completed multiple payroll runs in the same month and wish to submit a single, consolidated CPF file, go to the Month title section, select Actions, and click Generate CPF File. This will produce a combined CPF file that reflects all payroll runs for the month.
