Before being able to time-in/out via HReasily's Facial Recognition function, we'll first have to register all employee face into the system. There are 3 ways an admin can use to register all employee.
Upload Photos (Desktop Mode)
Employee Self Registration
Registration via Admin Device
Let's get started.
Upload Photos (Desktop Mode)
1. Go to Manage Company
2. Navigate to the Time Attendance Info.
3. Scroll to the Staff Authentication Approval section and click REGISTER NEW STAFF.
4. Select the employee you are registering and upload a .png/.jpg photo then click SAVE. [Note: Photo should be < 2MB]
Employee Self Registration
1. Employees will need to login to the HReasily App via their personal devices

2. Navigate to the Time Attendance Tab
3. Select Facial Registration
4. Next, select TAKE PHOTO
5. Lastly, select SUBMIT
[Note: Admins may refer to this guide to approve submitted registrations]
Registration via Admin Device
1. Admin will need to login to the HReasily App via their personal devices

2. Navigate to the Time Attendance Tab
3. Select Staffs
4. Select the employee you'd like to register
5. Select TAKE PHOTO
6. Lastly, select SUBMIT
