Before employees can clock in or out using HReasily's Facial Recognition feature, their facial data must first be registered in the system.
There are three ways for an admin to complete this process:
Upload Photos (Desktop Mode)
Employee Self-Registration
Registration via Admin Device
Let’s go through each method step by step.
Method 1: Upload Photos (Desktop Mode)
1. Go to Manage Company > Time.
2. Scroll down to the Staff Authentication Approval section and click REGISTER NEW STAFF.
3. Select the employee you want to register.
4. Upload a photo in .png or .jpg format (file size under 2MB) and click SAVE.
Method 2: Employee Self-Registration
1. The employee logs in to the HReasily App on their own device.

2. Go to the Time Attendance tab.
3. Tap Facial Registration.
4. Select TAKE PHOTO to capture their face.
5. Tap SUBMIT.
Note: Admins will need to review and approve employee submissions. See [this guide] for approval steps.
Method 3: Registration via Admin Device
1. The admin logs in to the HReasily App on their own device.

2. Go to the Time Attendance tab.
3. Tap Staffs.
4. Select the employee to be registered.
5. Tap TAKE PHOTO.
6. Tap SUBMIT.
