1. Ensure to download the GIRO file from HReasily. Please make sure the file name on this format OBGDATA_PAY_11102017.txt. There should not be (1) or (2) attached on the filename.
2. Next, login to your OCBC Velocity account and go to Upload file page.
3. Next, choose "GIROPAYROLL" for file format and upload the file generated on step 1. You can refer to attached screenshot.
4. Lastly, click Upload. You will see the successful message as shown below.
