This guide explains how to generate and submit a combined file for Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and Employment Insurance System (EIS) contributions using HReasily. This process is now streamlined under the "Combine Contribution" feature, which allows for simultaneous submission of both contributions, enhancing efficiency for employers.
Generating SOCSO + EIS File for Submission
To generate the combined SOCSO + EIS file in HReasily, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Manage Company option located in the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to the Payroll tab.
3. Scroll down until you find the SOCSO File Submission list, then expand this section to access the options.
4. Click on Generate SOCSO + EIS Text File to create the text file.
If you have multiple payroll runs within the same month, you can create a combined SOCSO + EIS file by selecting the Generate SOCSO + EIS Text File button under the Month section.
Submitting SOCSO + EIS file via PERKESO Assist Portal
1. Visit the PERKESO Assist Portal and log in to your account.
2. From the main menu, go to MySite > Contribution > Contribution > SOCSO + EIS > Text File.
3. Click the Upload button and select the generated SOCSO + EIS text file.
4. After uploading, click the Back button to return to the main page of Combine Contribution.
5. Click the Print ACR/ECR button to download the necessary PDF documents, or proceed with payment by clicking the FPX Payment button.
