1. After logging in, tap on "Claim" tab.
2. Tap on "Claim Applications".
3. The screen will show all claim application with "Pending" status by default. Search the claim application that you wish to cancel then tap on "1 Claim" to view the claim details.
4. Tap on hamburger icon then tap "Update".
5. Update the necessary details then tap "Submit".
Note:
Only claim application with "Draft", "Cancelled" and "Rejected" status can be updated.
