If you’d like to withdraw your consent regarding the use of your personal information, permanently close your HReasily account, or request the deletion of your company and/or personal data, you can do so by submitting a Request Form.
Important Information:
- Identity Verification: To process your request, we need to verify your identity. If the required information is not provided, your request may be delayed or rejected. This ensures that your data is secure and that only authorized requests are fulfilled.
- Confirmation Notification: After submitting your request, we’ll send a confirmation to the email address linked to your account or contact you via phone. You must reply within 5 days to verify the request.
- Permanent Account Closure: Once your account is closed, it’s permanently deactivated. Neither you nor anyone else will be able to access it, and it cannot be restored. If you later decide to use our services again, you’ll need to create a new account.
