This article outlines the specifications for HReasily's API service, which allows businesses to submit employee data to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for the Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).
Overview
HReasily offers an API service to streamline the submission of employee data to MOM for OED reporting. This service is designed to help businesses automate data submission, ensuring that the necessary employee information is sent accurately and efficiently.
To create a new report, the user can click on the Create button, and then the popup menu will appear. The User needs to select the period they wish to generate and input all necessary details, then continue to create.
Users can also select whether they want to include past employees.
After that, the user will be redirected to the Update Employees page. On this page, they are able to complete each employee's mandatory details.
Upon saving, the report will be generated and appear under the Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED)” list.
To generate the OED report in Excel, the user just needs to click on the Generate Excel link.
To submit the OED report to MOM, the user needs to click on Submit to MOM link.Then system will redirect them to Singpass app login
User can login using QR code or input Singpass ID and Password
