This article outlines the specifications for HReasily's API service, which allows businesses to submit employee data to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for the Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).
Overview
HReasily offers an API service to streamline the submission of employee data to MOM for OED reporting. This service is designed to help businesses automate data submission, ensuring that the necessary employee information is sent accurately and efficiently.
To create a new report, you can click on the Create button, and then the popup menu will appear. Select the period you wish to generate and input all necessary details, then continue to create. There's also an option to select whether to include past employees.
After that, you will be redirected to the Update Employees page. On this page, complete each employee's details that are mandatory. Upon saving, the report will be generated and appear under the Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED) list.
To generate the OED report in Excel, click on the Generate Excel link.
To submit the OED report to MOM, click on Submit to MOM link. The system will redirect you to Singpass app login.
Log in by scanning the QR code or entering your Singpass ID and password.
