How to clone employee information from one company to another?

1. Go to Staff Directory option on the left column



2. Click on Clone Employee




3. Tick the boxes beside the names of the employees whom you would like to add from the other company/branch.


4. Choose between CLONE EMPLOYEE or CLONE EMPLOYEE WITH EMPLOYMENT DETAILS.

  • CLONE EMPLOYEE: Only copies the employee's basic info and permission settings

  • CLONE EMPLOYEE WITH EMPLOYMENT DETAILS: Copies employee's basic info, permission AND employment details.
