
Utilising HReasily's bulk import employee function will definitely help speed up the process for you! The following guide will help you through the various columns that needs to be filled in the template.

Basic Info (Columns A - V)
- Gender: Male | Female
- Dates format: mdd/mm/yyyy
- Columns with dropdown must select from the dropdown.
- Give this employee online access: Yes | No (email required)
- Address is required
Current Employment Details (Column W - AA)
- Employment Status - Recommended to start with Probation and the Effective From will mean the Join Date
Working Hours Settings (Column AA - AV)
Basic Salary Type & Working Hours Type
- Monthly Basis and Fixed AND Hourly Basis & Fixed
- Proceed to complete columns AM to AS
- Format = 08:00 means 8 hours per day
- Monthly Basis and Dynamic- Proceed to column AT to AU
- Enter the total hours per week and total days per week as 7
- Enter the total hours per week and total days per week as 7
- Hourly Basis and Dynamic- Proceed to enter column AC to AL
- Pay Rate (column AE) do not input the $ sign. Just the number only.

Past Income Data (Column BI to DE)
You can enter past income data for the current year to get the correct CPF ceiling calculations for the year. This can also be done at a later time before you start running payroll.
Importing Bulk Employee List
Now that you've got your template all filled up, it's time to import it into HReasily.
Step 1:
Go to Staff Directory
Step 2:
Select MANAGE EMPLOYEES
Step 3:
Select Add Employees
Step 4:
Copy the rows from the template file and paste the details into the table.
Its recommended to copy column by column instead of the whole sheet.
