Transferring Account Ownership to Your Client

If your client prefers to manage their subscription independently instead of being billed under a partner account, you can easily separate the billing and transfer ownership. To initiate this process, please contact our finance team at finance@hreasilygroup.com with your request to adjust the billing details.


Once your request is confirmed, follow these steps to complete the transfer of ownership:

  1. Update Billing Information
    Navigate to the
     Billing Settings page, and update the billing email and address to the client’s information.

  2. Assign Full Admin Access to the New Admin
    Ensure the client has a full admin account. If no such account exists, create one by
     adding an employee and assigning full admin access to them.

  3. Unassign Seats from the Partner's Profile
    Revoke the seats 
    for leave, claims, and time attendance modules (if applicable) from the partner's profile(s).

  4. Adjust the Billing Plan

    Reduce the total number of seats in the client’s billing plan.

  5. Revoke Partner User Access
    I
    dentify users linked to the partner, select their profiles, and click DeleteThis action will revoke their access to the client’s account.


By completing these steps, you ensure a seamless transition of ownership and billing management to your client.
