Overtime

Overtime = Monthly Salary / 173
173 is the figure from govt regulation so its always 173 and no rounding

Example: 

Employee Miftah Salahudin have salary IDR 9,000,000 

Then the hourly rate = 9,000,000 / 173 = 52,023

Overtime = Total hours x hourly rate x 100% 

Overtime = 5 hours x 52,023 x 100% = 260,115

Unpaid Leave

Unpaid Leave = Basic Salary / (Total Hours Per Week * 4.333)
4.333 based on Govt calculation 52 Weeks / 12 Month

Example:

Employee Miftah Salahudin have salary IDR 9,000,000 

He working Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm (8 hours/day and 40 hours/week) 

Hourly Rate = 9,000,000/(40 x4.333) = 51,927.1

Take Unpaid Leave from 4-5 Aug 2025 = 2 days = 16 hours

Unpaid Leave = 16 hours x 51,927.1 x 100% = IDR 830,833
