New “Employer Contribution” Category for Pay Items (Indonesia)

We’ve added a new “Employer Contribution” option under the Category field in the Pay Item List. This enhancement provides better clarity and compliance when handling employer-only contributions in payroll.

⚙️ Where to Find It

You can now access the new category by going to:

Manage Company → Payroll → Pay Item List → Create / Edit

➕ New Category:

• Employer Contribution (new)

? Where It Will Be Reflected

When an Employer Contribution pay item is used in payroll processing, it will appear correctly in:

• ✅ Payroll Table

• ✅ Payslip PDF

• ✅ Year-to-Date Payroll Report

• ✅ Payroll History Report

This ensures the contribution is tracked accurately in reporting while remaining excluded from employee-payable amounts.
