The TP3 Form helps new employers calculate the correct Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD/PCB) for employees who earned income from another employer in the same tax year. This guide shows you how to generate the form.

1. Navigate to Manage Company → Payroll.

2. Scroll to the TP3 File section and expand it.

3. By default, employees who resigned in the current month will appear. Use filters (by staff name or resignation date) to find specific employees.
4. Click Actions → Edit beside the employee's record.
5. Complete the required fields.
6. Once completed, click SAVE to store the details, or SAVE AND DOWNLOAD to immediately download a copy.
7. To download individual forms, click Actions → Download beside the employee’s TP3 entry.
8. To download multiple forms, select employees and click DOWNLOAD SELECTED. A ZIP file will be generated for convenience.
⚠️ Important: The TP3 Form is used only for record-keeping and form generation. Updating TP3 details alone will not affect monthly tax calculations.
To ensure the accumulated remuneration is reflected in the employee’s Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD/PCB), you must also update the same details in the staff’s payroll info page.
