How to set passworded payslips for employees?

To ensure the security of payslips, you can set them to be password-protected. Follow these steps to enable this feature for your employees:


1. Go to Staff Directory option on the left sidebar.


2. Navigate to the related employee's payroll info page.



3. Scroll down to Employee Payroll Info and click EDIT.


4. Select Receive Passworded Payslip then click SAVE.


By following these steps, you ensure that all employees, whether online or offline, receive their payslips securely and with added protection.


Important Notes:

  • The default password will be the employee's ID number in their basic info page.

  • Employee will receive a password protected PDF version of their payslip via email.
