To ensure accurate payroll management and analyze changes over time, comparing the current month's payroll with previous months can be very useful. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you generate a Variance Report for this purpose:
1. Expand Manage Company from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Payroll tab.
3. Scroll down to the Monthly / Fortnightly Payroll section and click the Manage button.
4. From the dropdown list, select the payroll from the previous month that you want to compare with. Click on Variance Report to generate and view the report.
Note: The Variance Report feature is currently available only for payrolls in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
