In a global business environment, managing currency exchange rates is essential for accurate payroll processing, especially when dealing with employees across different countries. This guide will help you add currency rates to ensure that payroll calculations are correct and up-to-date.
1. Click on Manage Company from the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to the Payroll tab.
3. Scroll down to the Monthly / Fortnightly Payroll section and click the MANAGE button.
4. In the Currency Rate Settings section, click ADD RATE.
5. Select the relevant currency from the dropdown menu, input the current exchange rate, and then click SAVE.
