How to cancel approved leaves as an Admin?

As a leave admin, you have the permission to overwrite leave approvers and recommenders to cancel or approve employee leaves.

[Note: To appoint a leave admin, simply grant an employee Manage Leave Module Information and Settings permission]


1. Go to Manage Company.


2. Go to the Leave Info Tab.


3. Scroll down to the Employee Leave History section


4. Locate the approved leave you'd like to cancel, then select ACTIONS > Update


5. Lastly, in the pop-up screen, select Cancel Directly.
