Managing and updating salary history is crucial for maintaining accurate payroll records, especially when adjusting working schedule settings for employees on a Monthly (Fixed and Dynamic) schedule. Follow these steps to update previous salary working schedule settings:
1. Click on Staff Directory in the left sidebar.
2. Locate the employee you need to update, select Payroll Info, and then click GO.
3. Scroll down to the Salary History section and click the Edit icon under the Action column.
4. Input the updated Salary Amount and Salary Effective Date.
5. Scroll down to complete the Working Schedule Detail as needed.
6. Click SAVE to finalize the updates.
