How to generate payroll report?

Generating a payroll report is essential for reviewing employee compensation, deductions, and overall payroll management. This guide outlines the steps to create payroll reports in both Excel and PDF formats, depending on your preference and requirements.


1. Click on the Manage Company option located in the left sidebar of your dashboard.



2. Next, navigate to the Payroll tab.


3. Scroll down to find the Payroll History section. Here, you will have options to generate your payroll report.


Generate Excel: Click this option to create a payroll report in Excel format, which is useful for further analysis and editing.


Generate PDF: Available only for the Singapore Payroll version, this option provides a professional-looking report that can be easily shared or printed.

  • Summarized PDF: This option provides a concise overview of payroll data, highlighting key figures without extensive details.


  • Detailed PDF: Opt for this format if you require a comprehensive breakdown of payroll information, including individual entries and additional specifics.
