[PH] How to cancel an approved leave as an Admin?

As a leave admin, you have the permission to overwrite leave approvers and recommenders to cancel or approve employee leaves.

[Note: To appoint a leave admin, simply grant an employee Manage Leave Module Information and Settings permission] 


1. Go to Company Information.

2. Navigate to the Leave Info Tab.

3. Scroll down to the Employee Leave History section

4. Locate the approved leave you'd like to cancel then click on the employee name

5. Lastly, in the pop-up screen, select Cancelled then click SAVE.
