1. After logging in, tap on "Claim" tab.
2. Tap on "Pending Claims" to view all claims pending for approval. Tap "4 claims" to view the claim details.
3. The screen below will show the claim details. Tap on "Update" at the top right of the screen to update claim status.
4. Select the claim status and input remarks (optional), then tap "OK".
