I'm unable to access a certain module in my account. How do I go about this?

In cases where the module is not associated with your account, there could be a few reasons why it is not appearing. 

You haven't subscribed to the module yet

One possibility is that you have not yet purchased the module or it is not included in your subscription plan. Kindly refer to the steps below on how to review your plan:

1. Click on settings icon [⚙] on the top right page, then click Billing.

2. Under Billing Estimator, click Edit My Plan.

3. Select the modules you wish to activate and proceed to update the Change Seats to column if necessary. 

4. Next, click CONFIRM MY CHANGES to save. 

5. Review the changes and click the Confirm button.

Seats are not assigned to the employees

Another possibility may be that the modules have not yet been assigned to the employees. You may refer to this guide on how to bulk assign seats to the employees. 

Should the above two methods fail, feel free to contact us at support@hreasily.com and provide the necessary information regarding the module and your account. We will be able to assist you in troubleshooting the issue and getting the module added to your account if necessary.
