Setting up your Global based company

HReasily global version applies to all countries outside of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines. The global version is not compliant with local statutory requirements but allows employers to calculate employee basic salaries and additional payroll components.

Setup company basic info.

1. Navigate to Basic Info under Manage Company dropdown found on the left column.

2. Click on the EDIT button.

3. Fill in all details and hit SAVE.
[Note: fields with * are mandatory fields]

Company Name: Company registered name
Trading Name: Can be same as above or your store name
Establishment Year: The Establishment Year refers to the year when a company was founded or officially started its operations
Email: company email or contact email
Website: company website
Time zone: company time zone
Office/Mobile/Fax Number: company number
Address: company Address
City: company city

4. Next you have the currency rate settings. If you are paying any employee in a different currency, you can add the currency here. Skip this step if it does not apply.

You can key in the currency manually. Example: 1 USD is = 1.34 SGD

Setup company Logo.

You can upload company logo by click Camera Icon.

This logo will show as well on the employee payslip

Setup company payroll info.

Next, navigate to company Payroll Info either from the left menu or the tabs above.

Scroll down until you see the Company Payroll Info section

Fill up all the details

Working Hours in a Day*
Salary Paid Once a Month
‎On which day of the month do you pay your employees?
[This will be the date displayed as your payday on the calendar]

When would you like to start using PAYROLLeasily?
[Note: Your first payroll run will be based on the month indicated here. This setting cannot be amended once saved. Kindly reach out to the support team if  further assistance is required.]

Save the settings and you are set.
