Why can employees submit claims that exceed the fixed limit?

Modified on Fri, 22 Aug at 12:33 PM

The system is designed to allow employees to submit claims even if the amount exceeds the set limit. This ensures that exceptions or special cases can still be recorded.

When this happens, both the employee and the approver will receive a prompt notifying them that the claim is above the limit before submission or approval.

This safeguard ensures:

  • Employees are aware their claim is higher than the allowed limit.

  • Approvers can review and decide whether to approve, reject, or adjust the claim accordingly.
