Error Handling

Once you've imported the template file, you'll be directed to the summary page where you'll be able to keep track of the 'bulk employee creating' status.

The entire process from In-Queue to Processing and finally Completed takes anywhere between 3 to 8 minutes to complete. (depending on the number of employees being created)

In the event where there are invalid data entered, don't worry! HReasily will generate a downloadable error report where you'll be notified on the fields that need to be amended.

Managing .csv file type

For error reports and existing data generated in .csv utf-8 format, by default, Microsoft Excel automatically converts these data into a general .xlsx format which does not retain certain information like leading zero(s), long numerical string and special characters.

In order to open the .csv file without losing the key information, kindly refer to this guide.
