1. Go to Manage Company
2. Navigate to the Claim Info tab
3. Click the expand arrow on the right of Claim Pending section to expand it
4. Navigate to the claims application you want to reject below, then click ACTIONS and select Reject button
5. This is can also be done by pressing ACTIONS button then click VIEW to open claim application detail and clicking on the Reject button.
6. When confirmation box appear, click Yes
7. Fill in your remarks and then click on the SAVE button
The status of the claim application will then be changed to Rejected. An email will be sent to the applicant regarding the change of the status. The details for rejection will also be reflected on the claim application detail view.
