1. Login as user who has Manage Claims permission to be able to access company claim setting.
2. Go to Staff Directory.
3. Locate the employee you'd like to set number of claim approvers to, select Claim Info and click GO.
4. Scroll down to Claim Approval Setting and click EDIT.
5. In the pop-up window, set the number of claim approvers and/or recommenders. Click SAVE to proceed.
Important notes:
If any approvers or recommenders can approve the claim application, set it both as None.
If number of Claim Approver(s) is set to 1 and number of Claim Recommender(s) is set to 1, both of them must approve the application before it can be synced to Payroll.
