By default, HReasily automatically generates three commonly used pay items for time attendance:
Overtime @100% hourly rate
Overtime @150% hourly rate
Overtime @200% hourly rate

Adding Time Attendance Pay Item
Once you’ve created or confirmed your pay items, add them to the Time Attendance List by following these steps:
1. Go to Manage Company > Time.
⚠️ If you don’t see this tab, check that you’ve been granted the Manage Time Attendance permission.

2. In the Time Attendance Pay Item section, click CREATE.

3. In the pop-up window, choose the pay item you want to link, and optionally assign it a custom name for easier identification in timesheets.

Once set, these pay items will be available for time attendance tracking and payroll syncing.
