How to approve / recommend claim application?

To approve or recommend claim application, please login as user who has Manage Claims / Approve Employee Claims permission to be able to approve claim application or Recommend Employee Claim permission to be able to recommend claim application.


Kindly refer to the steps below to approve or recommend claim applications:



1. Go to Manage Company.


2. Navigate to the Claim Info tab



3. Click the expand arrow on the right of Claim Pending section to expand it.




4. Click ACTIONS on the claim application you want to approve or recommend in the table below, then click on the Approve button.




5. Fill the Approve Remark if necessary and click SAVE to confirm approval. An email will be sent to the applicant regarding the change of the status.



Important note:

Both approving officer and recommending officer will have the same "Approve" button with notes:

  • If user has "Manage Claims" or "Approve Employee Claims" permission, approving claim application will be resulted application is approved.

  • If user has "Recommend Claims" permission, approving claim application will be resulted application change to Pending Approval.

  • You can also approve or recommend the claim applications from the Claims tab under your profile page.
