If you’re unable to approve payroll and the page scrolls back to the top when you click "Approve," it’s likely due to missing or incomplete information in the payroll setup.
Ensure that the Payroll Basic Detail in your payroll is correctly entered and saved. Click the Pencil button at the top right corner to edit and key in the necessary details.
Click the Diskette button icon to save. Once everything is saved, try approving the payroll again.
